
Ekjus Singh
Records and Registration Officer
Ekjus Singh is a Records and Registration Officer for The Michener Institute of Education at UHN. In this position, his primary responsibility is to ensure that students successfully transition from enrollment to convocation. Accordingly, he assists students with financial aid requests and inquiries, monitors records, verifies and reviews individual student financial accounts and electronic payment transactions for accuracy, and creates course and exam schedules. Ekjus Singh is also an entrepreneur and handles the finances and accounts for his family’s bakery on weekends.
While pursuing his bachelor’s degree in commerce, Ekjus Singh served as the Executive Vice President of DECA Ryerson and helped organize the Ryerson Social Innovation Conference. In addition, he coordinated multiple inter-university business case competitions from 2011-2013. Currently, Ekjus Singh serves as Experience Sikhi’s point of contact for York & Durham Regions and strives to provide spiritual, professional, and community development opportunities for the area’s youth. In his spare time, he enjoys going to cottages, boating, playing squash, and tracking his favourite sports teams.
