
Prabhjot Kaur Sandhu

Prabhjot Kaur is licensed with the College of Massage Therapists of Ontario and currently serves patients in Toronto. As a registered massage therapist, her practice includes trigger point therapy, friction therapy, joint mobilization, and myofascial release techniques. Prabhjot Kaur also works with patients to develop strategies for self care, assists patients with remedial exercises, and helps those suffering from workplace and motor vehicle accident injuries return to their pre-accident level of functioning. In 2019, she will be obtaining both a Diploma in Osteopathic Manual Practice from the National Academy of Osteopathy and a Certificate in Medical Acupuncture from McMaster University.
During her free time, Prabhjot Kaur enjoys working with children and focusing on mental health in the Sikh community. She currently teaches Gurmukhi every Sunday at Gore Road Nanaksar in Brampton, Ontario, and works with a team of volunteers to organize Experience Sikhi’s Family Camps. As for mental health, she is a co-host of the Experience Sikhi Podcast and has dedicated its first season to the mental health challenges being confronted by Sikhs across the country. In the past, Prabhjot Kaur has also served as President of the Waterloo Sikh Students Association.
