Amanpreet Kaur is a Respiratory Therapist in a Critical Care Unit with Trillium Health Partners. Here she works toward treating patients of all ages dealing with any respiratory issues. She completed her Bachelor of Science (Honours) at the University of Toronto's St. George campus before pursuing an Advanced Diploma in Respiratory Therapy in Conestoga College. She also has experience as a Research Assistant at St. Michael's Hospital where her research focused on improving patient experience. Her manager at that time, an ICU nurse, introduced and guided her toward a career in respiratory therapy.
