Gagan Kaur is a Registered Practical Nurse who currently works in the endoscopy department at the William Osler Health Centre. Before starting her professional career, she completed her studies in Practical Nursing at Humber College. Gagan Kaur finds one of the most fulfilling aspects of her career as a Registered Practical Nurse is the ability to save lives and make a visible difference in people's health every day. Interestingly, before embarking on her career as an RPN, she initially had plans to become a lawyer. She attended law school but eventually decided to make the difficult decision to switch to nursing. After completing a year of additional schooling to obtain the necessary credits, she transitioned into nursing. Gagan's advice to young students is to "be kind and treat people as you would like to be treated."
