Perminder Kaur currently serves as a social worker with Trillium Health Partners in Mississauga where she focuses on patients requiring acute care, including those recovering from strokes, suffering from dementia, or receiving treatment for kidney disease. As a social worker, she assists these patients in transitioning from the hospital back into their private homes or into retirement and long-term care institutions. Outside of the workplace, Perminder Kaur enjoys cooking, going to the gym, and watching movies on Netflix.
