Japneet Kaur is a Human Resources Director at Blu Ivy Group, a mid-sized employment consultant in Downtown Toronto. She received her Bachelor of Arts at the University of Western Ontario and later obtained her Certified Human Resources Leader (CHRL) designation. Additionally, she completed a project management certification. Her advice to young students is "You are not growing unless you are changing things up!"
